Terms & Conditions Across The Ditch Sydney Wedding Packages are tailored for 2 people with four nights Hotel accommodation in Sydney. Couples will depart and return to the Rotorua Airport flying with Air New Zealand. Should additional guests be joining the bride & groom and require accommodation or airfares please advise Rotorua Weddings and we will forward additional costs.
A non refundable deposit of $1,500.00 is required to secure this Across the Ditch Sydney Wedding package with the remaining balance to be paid to Rotorua Weddings Ltd no later than one week prior to your wedding date. Any cancellations made after the remaining balance has been paid in full for this advertised wedding package will not be refunded.
Across the Ditch Sydney Wedding packages are advertised on the basis that Air New Zealand continues to provide a weekly direct flight service from Rotorua into Sydney and Sydney into Rotorua. Should this direct flight service provided by Air New Zealand discontinue for any reason Rotorua Weddings will not be made liable to refund any received deposits or remaining balances that may have been made in full. However in the event of this direct flight service being cancelled Rotorua Weddings Ltd will make the necessary flight arrangements as required to fulfil it's obligations to clients who have made and paid for Across the Ditch Sydney Wedding package bookings.
